I submitted an order for an airbrush system from Belletto Studio on 9/19/15. After I placed the order, I was informed I would receive an email with a confirmation number and tracking information for when the product would be shipped. I received no email confirmation of my order, but I noticed that the money was being processed from my credit card. My friend submitted an order on the same day and the exact same issue happened to her - so this was not an isolated incident. There were also numerous complaints on the Belletto Studio Facebook page documenting the same issue.
I did receive an email saying that my new account was set up on their website, however, their website would not accept my email or password. I know that the account was set up correctly because when I tried to reset my password, it was sent to my personal email address.
Since I was unable to login to my account to see the order confirmation, I tried calling the support phone number listed on the Belletto Studio website multiple times during the business hours indicated, but received no answer. I finally submitted a ticket to the Belletto Studio Helpdesk on 9/19/15.
Denise from the Belletto Studio customer support team replied to me on 9/22/15 with the order confirmation details and I did receive the product I ordered on 9/24/15. Overall, I am happy with the airbrush system, but very disappointed in the horrible ordering and support process. To this day, there are still people submitting complaints on Facebook about not receiving an order confirmation but having the money withdrawn. So it is clear that Belletto Studio has not made it a priority to fix their order management system.
I have also submitted another support ticket on 10/17/15 related to an incorrect foundation shade and I still have received no response from Belletto Studio as of today, 10/25/15. Due to the horrible customer service experience, I would highly discourage anyone buying from Belletto Studio.
