I have attached a copy of my letter sent to Mr***. Briefly, Los Lunas Animal Clinic shipped semen to his veterinarian 9/14/16. The shipping tank was returned to us 9/20/16, received here 9/22/16. We sent his refund, minus the shipping fee incurred by his veterinarian
10/12/16. I have refunded that fee with this letter. It is practice for the receiver of semen to pay all fees associated with the shipping, we are making an exception for Mr***, as he was not properly informed of the shipping charge responsibility. The charge was higher than expected because his vet sent the tank back overnight, which was unnecessary as the tank was empty. Because of this misunderstanding, we are changing our documentation and adding signature of understanding to be used in the futureHe is receiving copies of the shipping documents.
