I had made an appointment for a facial but only did my brows She was upset and agitated when I went in because I cancelled my facial! I discussed purchasing eyebrow filler before I went in and told her that the other retail store did not have the shade she recommended!! The Supervisor knew I had eyebrows when Icame in and knew about the filler She knew that I was goingto purchase the filler so she clipped off my brows She did not let me hold any mirror when she filled in my eyebrowsI gave her a tip of $only because I felt bad that I did not do my facial!! I was given a refund for the service because Iasked for itl ! The Supervisor told me that she has ANXIETY and should be on medication but refuse to!! I should be given a refund for the filler that was charged to meThey did the damage they should pay for the powder that Ihad to purchase because of their actions and supply it until my brows grows back to when I came in People have told me that they are glad that Ireported this in I wanted to warn others of what they didThan you Revdex.com for letting the consumers know what had reallyhappened!! The only way to resolve this matter is to get rid of employees involved in this and show that your business will not tolerate such actions!

service we discussed her wanting to purchase another eyebrow filler being that she wasn't satisfied with the one she had previously bought  from another retail store. After the service was done the client held the mirror and watched me fill her brows, she was completely satisfied before she left even tipping $10.00 on a $15.63 service. We have tired to resolve the situation as best we can.
