Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: he personally did not come out to the job site but had his son come out adjust it or fix it It was not functional I have been able to be present for him to come outI have been working from home recently I never approved nor said that I was satisfied with the work because I wanted to make sure it was fully functional and it was not and still is not I have had to hire someone else to correct the work done by this company such as securing the gutter and the water was not flowing properly As far as the neighbor's comments to him, my neighbor never said anything to him about me My neighbor also had guttering installed which was not perfect either I want my money back Sincerely, [redacted]

My company did put up the guttering at the home He did not like how it looked I went out and the gutter was secured properly and it was functional I did tell him that we would move it once but he had to be present So, we did move it and at the time we were finished, he approved the work and was satisfied We had been forewarned by a neighbor before starting this project that the man would be difficult to work with.It is in the company's view that we have satisfied this man's request to adjust the guttering to his satisfaction and there is no further adjustments required
