Failed to return refund for cancelled carport order despite repeated promises to refund the $*** deposit
On *** I ordered a *** Carport through *** the owner of Bellevue Automotive Sales and Service The carport contract was with *** Carports out of ***, *** I paid a $*** deposit (**% of carport cost) According to the contract they make a "good faith effort to having carports built within days" of purchase order After over months of waiting and multiple phone calls to *** they still did not have a date for installing my building I went to Bellevue Automotive and cancelled the order I was told I would get a full refund of my $*** deposit They told me they had to get the deposit from *** to give me However, *** informed me that they never get the deposit The deposit is what the owner keeps for writing the contract for them I went to Bellevue Automotive multiple times since *

I paid for nothing!!!! I just gave these people *** bucks for nothing! I'm gonna have to pay to fix the welds underneath the car and non of the gauges nor the fuel pump work! I was scammed out of my money by this shop.I'm getting a written letter from a shop and the tow truck driver who all can verify that the work was not complete but I had to pay in order to get my car back.I've been restoring this car and I have a ton of money into it and this just kills me inside! I've done almost all of the work to this car and then to give my trust to a shop and have them screw me over really kills me!!

I took my Suburban in for an oil leak and to fix the vibration with the heat shieldI was told that the valve cover gasket were leaking and so they needed to be replaced and they adjusted the heat shieldI took it back every week for weeks to stop the vibration with the heat shield on the final time he told me he fixed the heat shield he cut it off HUH ? I took it back in as I still had the oil leak and then was told that they have to start at the top with an oil leak and work down well now they said they think the oil pan gasket was leaking I just had that replaced a year ago , they replaced the oil pan gasket, and both rear mainsHad it for a week when it was only suppose to take hoursI didn't even make it blocks before I noticed something was wrong the truck was running rough and my check engine light was onI called the shop and he said to ignore it that it was just working out the kinks.HUH? a few minutes later the check engine started flashing I turned around and drove it back home my son checked the oil there was no oil on the dipstick and the dipstick was so hot you couldn't even touch itI called the shop and got a bunch of profanites screamed at me and then told to have it towed to the shop and hung up on I called back three times and everytime it started with a string of volgarities and ended with him hanging up on meI took it the dealership all the wire harness werent secured properly one was even just setting on my drive shaft it was out of oil out of coolant and Osensors out of four were miscoding*** dollars later my truck is running fine again I recieved several text from the man who worked on my Truck he calls himself *** and stated he was the only certified mechanic that worked therehe texted me Firday said he was sorry and he would fix the truck if I gave him the chance I ignored the text I got texts from him on Sat saying I am sorry I did nothing wrong and all I had been asking for was the owners name and number so I could deal with him directly one text says he is the part owner one says he doesn't work there anymore then Sunday I get more texts saying I tried to get your money back but I am not the owner nothing I can do until the owner gets back and I was told that he would be there on Monday then got a text it won't be for several weeks and how sorry he is and now he is not the owner again and he no longer works there.I will never do business with them again and am in the process of trying to get my money back plus the repairs that the dealer ship had to doThey did work for me a couple years ago and did a great job but since then they have sold the place and fired everyone that worked thereI was told the owners name is *** My truck has to go back to the dealership to have the 3rd of the Osensors replaced and another *** bucks.I work in customer service and know that cussing and yelling is not good business
