Terrible customer service, overpriced and nearly ruined three pairs of pants. I used their "wash and fold" service because my dryer had died the Sunday prior to my visit (11/25/13).

They charged me $75 for one bucket of regular laundry (about 3 loads). I didn't bother to ask when I dropped the laundry off because I had no idea they were going to "stick it to me" like that.

Then I found that they had nearly ruined three pairs of pants. (Go to [redacted] and search Bellevue Cleaners to see the pictures). When I took them back to complain, they clerk gave me a hard time and wanted to charge me to "attempt" to fix them.

Unbelievably horrible customer service. You've been warned.
