I am rejecting this response because:The billing was not fair or accurateOn the second day, the workers wasted hours performing work that should have taken minutesI mentioned this on at least two occasions during that dayWe are considering escalating this complaint to L&IAccording to L&I, we should have been given a disclosure statement to sign (F625-030-000), which would have given us information about our rights, according to Washington laws RCW 18.27.114(1) and (2)This is an unfair billing for below-average work and professionalism

Thanks to the Revdex.com for this open forum to try to mediate disagreements.It would be even better if there was some mechanism for fact checking.We called L&I to discuss RCW and they ruled that it did not apply .The correspondence seems to be circular at this point , so all that is left is to be paid

Thank you for your interestIt seems clear that there is a communication problem We said before we started that it would be more than one day to complete I went over the dimmer lay out in detail with him and then installed per walk through .We always try give our best effort to all our customers
and they are no different .We checked our billing and shared with her ( voice mail ) that our trainee was not billed for all the hours that he was there.In reviewing this job we found it went about as well as it should have, and that their billing was fair and accurate
