autoclave was that damaged.EBay offers a day money back guarantee but Ms*** didn't contact me until Sept 8th which wasoutside the day return guarantees anywayAt that point they accepted the responsibilityI spoke toEBay and they said that it should have been opened and reported damaged much sooner If that wouldhave happened we both would have been protectedSee EBay money back guaranteeI don't knowif they dropped it or if the movers dropped but they showed pictures that didn't show the true pictureof everythingWhy should I be deprived of my autoclave or the funds from the sale?
