Do Not Shop Here This store has terrible customer service I bought a bed that was damaged After I have made phone calls, sent emails with pictures, and walked in person to get it resolved They have agreed to replace the damaged parts and months later it still has not been ordered I keep getting the run around I feel as if they care about your money more than being honest The last contact my wife and I have had with them they asked what we wanted done weeks after I walked in showed them the pictures again, sent them another email to the same address again with pictures and asked them to replace it They were not sure what we wanted weeks later I have no doubt the run around would continue for another months I am done I will repair it myself Do Not Shop At This Store

I want to know what is the problem with billing and why this happened! I know the matter was cleared up with americollect! I had to make SEVERAL phone calls to get this matter cleared up! I paid the bill it is not my JOB to do this I would like a phone call and compensation for the mistreatment I recieved! Please call me at ###-###-#### to get this resolved fairly!

They have agreed to replace the damaged parts and 6 months later it still has not been ordered. I keep getting the run around. I feel as if they care about your money more than being honest.
The last contact my wife and I have had with them they asked what we wanted done. 2 weeks after I walked in showed them the pictures again, sent them another email to the same address again with pictures and asked them to replace it. They were not sure what we wanted 2 weeks later. I have no doubt the run around would continue for another 6 months. I am done. I will repair it myself.
