I received this complaint letter yesterday. Attached is the response from Bellini Global, Inc
Arial;">This consumer is well aware that we are not responsible for his issues and that he is in breach of contract in filing this complaint against my cpmpany. There is pending litigation against him for this
I have asked the consumer to remove this filing in order to stop this lawsuit
If you do remove this complaint, please let me know so that I can stop the legal process here and save this consumer from going through that

This complaint falsely and unjustly accuses Bellini Global, Incof issues that the consumer is well aware are solely by and between he, *** ***, and the manufacturer, Pro Fitness Strength Equipment in *** ***, **.
Mr*** faces pending legal action against him for breach of contract that is specifically outlined on our website www.pro-fitness.com under “Ordering Info” Terms And Conditions. These Terms and Conditions are provided to all Bellini Global, Incprospective customers before they order so that they have a full understanding of our responsibilities and of those of the manufacturer of this Custom Made To Order Equipment.
Details of this contract pertinent to this complaint are listed herein and, again, are blatantly posted on our website for our customers prior to their ordering -
Bellini Global, Incis only the Distributor of Pro Fitness Strength Equipment We process orders for Pro Fitness Strength Equipment and send them the funds from respective customers for them to manufacture and ship the products Our responsibilities are to provide the customer with affordable pricing on the equipment that they request and to forward the funds to the manufacturer
The manufacturer alone is responsible for the quality and shipping of Pro Fitness Strength Equipment
This is clearly stated on our website at www.pro-fitness.com under the heading "Ordering Info" - Terms and Conditions.
Please note the following, as they are listed on our website -
The customer accepts that Bellini Global, Inchas no control over any issue pertaining to their order other than that of providing the customer with pricing, pictures and product specifications of the equipment that they are purchasingAs such, the customer agrees not to hold Bellini Global, Incor anyone associated with Bellini Global, Incresponsible or liable for any matter pursuant to late deliveries, incomplete deliveries or any other matter relative to the manufacturing, shipping, assembling / installing, leasing or servicing of their equipment
The customer agrees not to undertake any action, legal or otherwise, against Bellini Global, IncThe customer also agrees not to file any complaints against Bellini Global, Inc., online or otherwise or to take any action that would constitute harming the business of Bellini Global, Incin any way
Since Mr*** has named Bellini Global, Incin filing this complaint, he stands in breach of this Agreement If this complaint has an adverse affect on the business of BGI, this filing will be considered an act of libel and BGI may need to pursue legal action against the Mr*** for his intent to harm the ongoing business of Bellini Global, Inc
A representative of Bellini Global, Inchas continually attempted to aid Mr*** in resolving his issue with Pro Fitness Strength Equipment as an intermediary, but again this is solely by and Mr*** and the manufacturer of Pro Fitness Strength Equipment
Should there be any refund, that necessarily would come directly from the manufacturer who was forwarded the funds to manufacture and ship this equipment.
I request that Bellini Global, Incbe removed from this complaint in order that this consumer is no longer in breach of their agreement.
Our corporate legal department will decide whether or not to pursue action against the Mr*** for his behavior, demands and, most notably, breach of agreement resulting in filing this complaint

Review: Products were ordered through this company, online, paid for completely. Money order was wired to master company January 29 2013. Some products have been received, however one piece of equipment has not been received. We have been in communication with Pro-Fitness.com sales and have been advised that their manufacturer handles all that information. We have attempted on numerous occasions to contact them directly and no response, voicemail box is full. No return calls. When contacting Bellini Global recently they advised that this shipping company now wants to add more charges because they have shipped so many shipments to us. The shipping was upfront paid for, knowing how many pieces of equipment. We have emails indicating that the product was ready to go back in April 2013, showing a picture of the equipment. Now we have an email in November saying again that the product had been shipped, but returned due to incorrect packaging. Constant contact and no product. The manufacturer said they called us several times. There are no voicemails.Desired Settlement: We have asked for either the equipment to be shipped immediately or a refund immediately.
