Review: I spent almost $5,000 on furniture and had an issue with one of the dressers. Not even a few months into having my furniture, and I was already having issues. One dresser in particular, is constantly losing knobs, where the screws are sticking out and exposed, causing the potential for injury. This happens almost on a daily basis these days. The slightest pull and they fall right off! Also, I was very careful about what I put on top of the dresser, and the slightest thing, such as a paperback light book would scratch and scuff the top. After having it for less than 6 months, it looked like I had this piece for 10 years. Let's not forget the drawers are constantly getting caught and coming off the tracks.

I purchased this furniture with the confidence that as a company charging such extreme prices, and their customer service being so persistent about the quality of their furniture, that they would manufacture furniture that made for children to be durable and safe. Setting aside the cosmetic issues and faults of this defective piece, this dresser is constantly causing a safety issue for my daughter. I consistently tried to reach out to customer service, the manufacturer and I am constantly given the run around. I have been dealing with this for almost a year. I have other pieces of furniture from this company, that was bought at the same time, that has no issues whatsoever. However, this one piece in particular has caused a huge problem for me for so long and yet this company is not even considering replacing it for me. They offered to repair it a month ago. Now I am told that I have to wait until at least December for someone to contact me because the so called warehouse department is busy. If this company is too busy to help a customer with a safety issue concern involving children, then they should not be in the business of producing children’s furniture and products.

I have never had such a negligent experience with a company before. I really wanted to love this store but after this I regret the amount of money I spent here and am disgusted by the lack of care and concern that they have for their customers. They are a joke of a company who doesn't care about their customers. If they cared, they would replace my furniture like any other reputable company would. I used to recommend Bellini all the time. Never again!Desired Settlement: I want a new piece of furniture. I was willing to consider them repairing the defective piece when I first started speaking with the company and trying to find a resolution. However, after dealing with this issue for almost a year, I have no confidence that if I have another issue with an already defective piece of furniture that they will help me. I didn't spend all this money to deal with these type of issues. I just want what is rightfully due to me as a customer who was once happy with their products and service. I want a replacement piece of furniture from this collection purchased so that I do not have to deal with this again. I have even told customer service that I am willing to accept a different piece of furniture that is lower then the price I paid, just so that I won't have this issue again. It is not about money at this point. It is about my daughters safety and having a piece of furniture that will last which was guaranteed by this company.

[redacted] had made a purchase from the previous owner of this business. We have recently re-opened and are in the process of resolving the issues that [redacted] has with her furniture. We have been in touch with her. We have recently replaced all of the knobs on her furniture and very shortly will have resolved any remaining issues she has. We apologize for not taking care of things as quickly as she or we would have liked to. Our store opening took longer than expected and getting the customer service infrastructure in place to take care of issues pertaining to the previous ownership took longer than expected.
