Bellisario's Auto Body Inc

I got an estimate from Joe B[redacted] several weeks ago to get a small job done on my daughter's car. My daughter called to make an appointment this morning. I called this morning as well to ask a question about the job. Joe seemed to think that my daughter and I should not be calling with questions about the job; especially in that (in his opinion) is was such a 'small' job.

Joe (the owner/president) is a verbally abusive individual. I ended up cancelling the appointment before getting the work done because of this. He was verbally condescending in person when I got the estimate and was even worse on the phone this morning. I really question whether he would stand behind his work if it was not done to our satisfaction or if there was a problem. I think that Joe would probably be just as verbally condescending about our dissatisfaction with the job as he was before we even got the work done. I would NEVER recommend Bellisario's Auto Body to anyone. Life is too short to deal with people like Joe. I am hoping that by filing this review that I will save someone else the pain of having to deal with Joe.
