I recall clearly the conversation I had with *** *** on the morning of April at roughly 10:30am regarding the noise concerns from the night priorIn addition the Manager on Duty for the overnight shift had left me details in regards to the concernAfter taking the time to review the
situation, I extended an offer of a complimentary future night stay Sunday-Friday or 50% off of a future Saturday evening for his troublesUnfortunately *** *** did not feel this was sufficient so I then suggested to contact the Owner of the Hotel, personally writing the number down on my business card, as the above offer is all I am authorized to offer here at the property level without *** *** consent
