professional mannerThe information provided does not match any of our current resident contact information, leading us to believe this complaint isn’t actually coming from a current resident at Bellemont ApartmentsTo address the points in the complaint: We would like to thank you for your praise of our qualified maintenance techniciansWe are proud to have a good team to serve our residentsWith regards to the cleanliness of the grounds, we have a full-time groundskeeper on staff that handles trash removal and the upkeep dailyWe also go above and beyond by having the laundry rooms professionally deep cleaned by a maid service bi-monthlyAnd our landscaping is professionally handled on a weekly basisIf there is a specific problem area we urge any resident to report this to the office so we may address it quicklyCoinmach is our laundry machine provider and they handle all maintenance related to the laundry machinesIf one is ever not working, there are signs posted in each laundry room showing residents how to easily and quickly put in a work order right from their mobile phone by either calling, utilizing their app, or scanning a QR codeThe work order is then generated instantaneously and they repair the machines within hoursWhile the hot water in the apartments does get hot and measures at approximately degrees, we are in the process of taking even further measures to ensure the water gets even hotter by having our boiler and pipes insulatedThese efforts were started to conserve on the gas usage, but it will also ensure the hot water remains as hot as possible at all timesNone of our apartment homes have vents in the bathroomsThey are not broken, this is just how our floorplans are set up and residents are aware of this before they sign their lease agreementThe lack of vents in the bathroom does not cause mold, as this is not an ongoing issue in any of the units that we are aware ofOftentimes, housekeeping issues, not using a shower curtain, or having a leaky hot water valve that is not reported to the office could be the cause of the reported issuesThe pot holes are being repaired this yearWe have already selected the contractor that will be doing this job and it has been approvedWe understand that this has been an inconvenience and when the property changed ownership this past year it was at the top of the list to get doneIt is scheduled to begin January 15thWith regards to the comments concerning our business operations and the contents of our maintenance shop, this is not accurate and seems to be hearsayThank you for your time and we appreciate the feedbackWe strive to attend to all of our residents needs and urge anyone with an issue to please come into the office and report any issues so we may take care of itAs we do repair the apartments that call in work orders daily and have a full time groundskeeper on staff that does an excellent job, we feel this matter has been settledSincerely, Bellemont Apartments Management

Review: To Whom It May Concern,

I live in your apartment complex (Belle Mont Apartment Homes) in Metairie, Louisiana. I am so sick and tired of going to the office and talk to Morgan and the other lady about grounds keeping and maintenance. I've spoken with 15 different tenants in my building and they all have the same problems. Nothing is getting fixed but you all quick to get apartments ready for someone to move in and the do not fix the problems that we already have. Those 3 guys that work for you haS done an awesome job and you are wearing them out thin until they are looking for better treatment because they are so short staff. You have sheet rock falling from the celling where cars are park. You have trash all over the property and our laundry room is a shameful messed. The washing machines and dryers do not work. We call the office and they still do not fix them properly. Hot water does not get hot. U can take a shower with just hot water without adding cold water. Molded in every bathrooms because there are no working vents in the bathroom and they refused to fix it. There are several pictures that were taken by tenants attorneys' for when they leave there apartment. The next steps is calling the news station and show them how horrible these apartments grounds look, the driveways to the apartments have large pot holds wear you will tear up your car if you do not drive threw safely. Those guys need more help out here because they are getting fussed at by us and the office keep telling them to do make ready. You have one apartment that been waiting for a new dishwasher for 6 months and found out that the dishwasher has been sitting in the shop for two months and Morgan refused to let them installed in tenant apartment. That's ridiculous. Another apartment have broken window and nothing has been done about that. But they are quick to put one day late with rent on your door but cannot fix anything around here at a timely fashion. To address the points in the complaint: We would like to thank you for your praise of our qualified maintenance technicians. We are proud to have a good team to serve our residents. With regards to the cleanliness of the grounds, we have a full-time groundskeeper on staff that handles trash removal and the upkeep daily. We also go above and beyond by having the laundry rooms professionally deep cleaned by a maid service bi-monthly. And our landscaping is professionally handled on a weekly basis. If there is a specific problem area we urge any resident to report this to the office so we may address it quickly. Coinmach is our laundry machine provider and they handle all maintenance related to the laundry machines. If one is ever not working, there are signs posted in each laundry room showing residents how to easily and quickly put in a work order right from their mobile phone by either calling, utilizing their app, or scanning a QR code. While the hot water in the apartments does get hot and measures at approximately 100 degrees, we are in the process of taking even further measures to ensure the water gets even hotter by having our boiler and pipes insulated. These efforts were started to conserve on the gas usage, but it will also ensure the hot water remains as hot as possible at all times. None of our apartment homes have vents in the bathrooms. Review: my apartment has a constant mildew growth as my entire apartment reeks the smell of mildew

my apartment reeks of moisture and the mildew grows frequently around the window seals. I have no comfort my house its either filled with a mildew smell or the films from bleach . I have a two year old daughter and im concerned about us living under these conditiond. I have contacted the front office aswell as the property manager and my issues have yet to be resolved. I moved into this apartment on september 1 2013 my rent is 715.00 monthly they are 6 units in my area besides myself only one is being rented out.Desired Settlement: Iam seeking for closure to leave this apartment in good standards . with no broken lease etc.
