[A default letter is provided here which indicates that the business has not responded to you directly If you wish, you may update it before sending it.] Revdex.com: At this time, I have not been contacted by Bello Nurses regarding complaint ID [redacted] Regards, [redacted] PS In addition, when they found out I complained to Revdex.com, they terminated my care, and said they will not fix it, or do anything about it, my floor continues to get worse, as the warping made the tile wavy, and when I drive on it with my wheelchair, it breaks it up more, sad I have to pay an attnto get then to take responsibility, corrupt people punishing me, for what, so they can save money at my expense, I am told by [redacted] and another flooring place, it will be thousands to replace flooring, and warped subflooring, tearing it all out, and replacing it, and this floor is new, and bello nurses is getting away with it so far; lying supervisor should be punished, who can fix this, punish them, and not let them do this to anyone else!!!
