Do not recommend anyone use this business for any purposeShe consistently failed to meet reasonable expectations for delivery of monthly rent, including falling a month behind for a considerable amount of timeCurrently she still owes me the security deposit for my renters after I fired her nearly six months agoAs a military member stationed overseas I have been forced to deal with a legal situation trying to recoup this money and it is difficult to do not living in San Diego

Devastatingly awful We lived in a house [redacted] was a property manager of for a yearI would absolutely enjoy a conversation with the home ownersThe digits in the address added up to and the street name was synonymous with "reflective body of water" I am military, my wife was a stay at home wife of our two boysNever late for rent, but from the first mont my wife would receive phone calls near the 26th asking if she could "swing by for the rent since she was in the neighborhood." My wife didn't answer once and [redacted] called her multiple times consecutively without a voicemail or textThen [redacted] called our listed emergency contact When we would finally have repairman come out they would always expect us to pay themWe never didIf we called her she would ask us to pay them and she would reimburse usWe didn't pay them When our lease was about to end she didn't even discuss the option to renewWe asked her why she didn't give us the option and she said that the homeowners weren't giving us the option to renewThen she changed her story that the homeowners were returningThen she said they were raising the rentWhen we asked howuch she told us, but it changed a week laterThen durin a showing she told the people touring the same price we were paying and said it was that because of military discount; I'm active duty and [redacted] was very well awareA guy signed a lease and then found out [redacted] altered the lease afterwards without his permissionHe terminated the lease When it was time for [redacted] to show the house she would just show upNo warning as was written in the lease paperworkShe showed up several times with people who wanted to see the house and gave my wife an attitude when we refusedI talked to [redacted] on the phone and addressed the house showing issues and that we would follow the rules, she should too Through the house showing my wife became curious and found several resources where [redacted] was mentioned unanimously in a negative way about money management and trustworthinessWe had receipts for all our rent checks and could see that they were never cashed at banksI addressed the money issues, the unprofessional behavior and the distrustShe became highly aggressive and even more unprofessionalI told her how our relationship was going to be until we moved out and if she was to deviate in any way I would contact Revdex.com, Jag, San Diego and all other realty associations/organizations to file formal complaintsWe got complete professionalism, high recommendations to our new homeowner, and a fair return of our deposit

Devastatingly awful.
We lived in a house [redacted] was a property manager of for a year. I would absolutely enjoy a conversation with the home owners. The digits in the address added up to 14 and the street name was synonymous with "reflective body of water".
I am military, my wife was a stay at home wife of our two boys. Never late for rent, but from the first mont my wife would receive phone calls near the 26th asking if she could "swing by for the rent since she was in the neighborhood." My wife didn't answer once and [redacted] called her multiple times consecutively without a voicemail or text. Then [redacted] called our listed emergency contact.
When we would finally have repairman come out they would always expect us to pay them. We never did. If we called her she would ask us to pay them and she would reimburse us. We didn't pay them.
When our lease was about to end she didn't even discuss the option to renew. We asked her why she didn't give us the option and she said that the homeowners weren't giving us the option to renew. Then she changed her story that the homeowners were returning. Then she said they were raising the rent. When we asked howuch she told us, but it changed a week later. Then durin a showing she told the people touring the same price we were paying and said it was that because of military discount; I'm active duty and [redacted] was very well aware. A guy signed a lease and then found out [redacted] altered the lease afterwards without his permission. He terminated the lease.
When it was time for [redacted] to show the house she would just show up. No warning as was written in the lease paperwork. She showed up several times with people who wanted to see the house and gave my wife an attitude when we refused. I talked to [redacted] on the phone and addressed the house showing issues and that we would follow the rules, she should too.
Through the house showing my wife became curious and found several resources where [redacted] was mentioned unanimously in a negative way about money management and trustworthiness. We had receipts for all our rent checks and could see that they were never cashed at banks. I addressed the money issues, the unprofessional behavior and the distrust. She became highly aggressive and even more unprofessional. I told her how our relationship was going to be until we moved out and if she was to deviate in any way I would contact Revdex.com, Jag, San Diego and all other realty associations/organizations to file formal complaints. We got complete professionalism, high recommendations to our new homeowner, and a fair return of our deposit.

Review: On August 8, 2013 I [redacted] met with [redacted] and paid her $1600.00 (check #[redacted]) for a Deposit on [redacted] and $25.00 cash for an Application processing Fee. I was told by [redacted] that my family and I could move in On September 1, 2013. However when the date had passed, [redacted] called me and said the owner has decided to move back into his home and I asked for my deposit back and [redacted] said she would put in a request for a refund and as of today 11/4/13 I have not heard from [redacted] nor have I received my refunded deposit! I went to 1today to talk with the owner and was told by a woman that she is renting the house [redacted] from [redacted] and also paid $1600.00 to [redacted] plus [redacted] requested and additional $1000.00 from the woman and the woman had paid her. The woman also stated that I was not the first person to come to [redacted] looking for the home owner or [redacted] in order to get their $1600.00 deposit refunded since the other individual or myself have never resided in the [redacted]. The woman residing in [redacted] is a scam artist and has collected at $5,800.00 from innocent people looking for a safe residence. I Googled her name and company name and there were four reviews very similar to my story and all between the dates of August 2013 - October 2013. [redacted] is committing fraud to the State of California (San Diego County) tax payers and should have her license revoked. She may even be the actual owner of [redacted] and just running a scam on innocent people.Desired Settlement: Since I never resided at [redacted], I would like my Application Fee of $25.00 refunded to me in CASH and my deposit of $1600.00 refunded to me in CASH as well!

Nina is a thief who refused to return our security deposit. Whether she is Bello Realty or Teamwork PM, do not go into contract with her. You will lose your money.

Currently she still owes me the security deposit for my renters after I fired her nearly six months ago.
