Dec 18, 2017complaint#[redacted] To whom it may concern,  Mr. B[redacted] would like to make things right with Mrs. [redacted] he is trying to do so and is asking Mrs. [redacted] to please reconsider her request. Mr., B[redacted] acknowledges that Mrs. [redacted] did in fact pay another company to come in and plant grass seed in those patchy spots that did not grow, however Mr. B[redacted] did do the job he was requested to do for Mrs. [redacted] and its not his or Mrs. [redacted]'s fault that there were some patchy spots. Mr. B[redacted] did come by and look at this problem and did try to explain that the weather played a roll in this! Mr. B[redacted] appologizes for not responding after this, he is a small business and this was extremely busy time for him!! He is however sorry and is willing to send Mrs. [redacted] a certified check for $200.00 to reimburse her for having to hire another contracter to fill in those patchy spots!! He is asking in return that Mrs. [redacted] removes this complaint. Mr. B[redacted] is asking if Mrs. [redacted] accepts this will she please give him some time to mail her this certified check simply because this is his down time and he has three little ones to care for, but he would like to fix this issue without pursuing it further. please consider   sincerly,  Mr. B[redacted]

Dear Mr. [redacted],I was out of town on Friday, the 8th, and came home yesterday to find your letter in my mailbox dated December 5, 2017.  Your letter indicates I must respond within 5 calendar days.  That is impossible based on the fact that the letter had to have been delivered to my house on the 8th or 9th because I did not receive it on Thursday the 7th.  Today is the 11th and, therefore, I am responding on the 6th day.  I have been waiting since August to get a response from Mr. B[redacted] and I'm going to respond anyway.Mr. Bellon is lying.  I called him within ten days after he planted seed to inform him that there were many rocky, hard areas in my yard and I knew that the grass would not grow.  We were just getting weeds everywhere.  He kept saying to give it time.  I gave him plenty of time and called or texted him many times to come back and correct the problem.  He never returned.  We had very little rain after he planted and, as a matter of fact, we had to water regularly because it was so rocky and dry.  Mr. B[redacted] should have looked back at the weather forecast before he responded as it only rained a few times (3-4 days) in May and a few times in June.  My driveway down the side of my house had nothing to do with the grass growing in my backyard.   I recently paid another landscaper $200 to correct his mistakes.   I refuse to pay Mr. B[redacted] another dime.  I want a full refund of $500 or you can tell Mr. B[redacted] to expect to see me in small claims court.[redacted]

Dec 5, 2017                          To whom it may concern this is in reference to complaint ID# [redacted] Mrs. [redacted] hired Bellon's Complete Yard Service to do some yardwork at her home on 8/7/17. She filed a complaint about...

her yard being patchy Mr. B[redacted] has agreed to coming back and planting grass seed to fix those patchy areas he's willing to do this but asking the [redacted]'s to pay for the material. Mr. B[redacted] states that its not his nor the [redacted]'s fault that we had so much rain and that they have a very steep driveway that possibly washed away the original planting of the grass seed that Mr. B[redacted] did plant. He is willing to return however this was a small job that Mr. B[redacted] did at the lowest cost he could so he cannot provide more materials that would cost Mr. B[redacted] and in-return he'd be making nothing after labor and materials for this. so again he's willing to try and resolve this matter by taking the time to return and give free labor if the [redacted]'s will agree to supply the materials (grass seed) to fix this issue.              Thank You,                            Mr. B[redacted]
