Bellridge Apartments

In response to the Revdex.com Complaint, dated 3/19/15, please take the following rebuttle to the complaint, on behalf of Bellridge Apartment Homes.Resident applied with Bellridge Apartment Homes on 2/26/15, as evidenced by his signature and date on the second page of the application(see attached) On the same day (2/26/15), we received an approval for [redacted] *** [redacted] was notified of the approval on that day.On 312/16, we spoke with [redacted] yet again, and discussed the process to reserve an apartment home with our community At that time, [redacted] made us aware that he was Interested in a 2nd floor, small one bedroomDuring the same convel'$alion, he was made aware that the only way that we can guarantee the price as well as a unit for him In hi$ timeframe, was for him to bring in, or mall us, a non refundable money order or cashlel'li! check, in the amount of $On the same application, (2nd page), it clearly states (in writing) that any funds left to hold an apartment are non refundable.We have attached a eopy of the money order that [redacted] "mailed", with Bellridge Apartments name and address that "he" filled out His claim that he did not know where M was sending the funds Is "false" based on the evidence (name and address of our community that he filled out priorto mailing the money order to us) we provided along with this letter

Horrible property Staff un proffessionalLived here for a month and still have not received my mailbox keyWhen I request it they say it's not made and to come back tomorrow It's been a month, so pretty much they are refusing to give me a key and are withholding my mail, which is illegal They will not.fix anything that is wrong in apartment They did not clean my apartment at all before I moved inThey have an extreme case of cockroaches that they say they will take care of but haven't even triedRoaches are so bad, I won't eat any food in my kitchenProperty manager thinks it's a joke to have to do anything I wonder what they do all day because they sure don't work at all

We sincerely apologize for the trouble you have had with the air conditioning in your apartment. We understand how incredibly hot it is in [redacted], and agree that it would be unbearable to live in an apartment without air;...

which is why we had one of our qualified maintenance technicians come out to repair your air conditioning on the same day that you called the request in. The staff who was working in the office offered you both of our model apartment homes to stay in while your AC was being fixed, but instead you decided to go to a hotel and pay for a room. We are unable to offer reimbursement for this bill because we had cool, clean apartments for you to stay in on property while the problem was being fixed which we would have been happy to provide. We have followed up to make sure that all issues regarding the AC have been taken care of in the unit.

Horrible property. Staff un proffessional. Lived here for a month and still have not received my mailbox key. When I request it they say it's not made and to come back tomorrow. It's been a month, so pretty much they are refusing to give me a key and are withholding my mail, which is illegal. They will not.fix anything that is wrong in apartment. They did not clean my apartment at all before I moved in. They have an extreme case of cockroaches that they say they will take care of but haven't even tried. Roaches are so bad, I won't eat any food in my kitchen. Property manager thinks it's a joke to have to do anything. I wonder what they do all day because they sure don't work at all.
