Review: The problem started when I took my motorcycle to this shop recomended by my insurance. I have never been lied to more than this business. They had my bike for over a month and a half. They constantly ordered the wrong parts. Took way to long. They were very incompetent. It is simple to order the right parts. All comes down to being over charged for services and replaceing parts I paid for with cheap versions. I will not accept cheap parts especially since I paid more money for them and I provided proof to show them, and they got all defencive when I confronted turn on this. These are $100 mirrors they tried to replace with 50 dollar ones. And they over charged me on an oil change. I told them exactly what I wanted. I knew the exact cost and the charged me double for that. Very bad business. I would like all they money back that I paid. My bike is currently not running because of this stupid shop. Was fine after I left, then all the sudden it stopped running. I want my money back to pay for me to take it else where to get fixed properly.Desired Settlement: I want all the money back that I paid for horrible service

Hello [redacted],Thank you for contacting us in regard to this customer. Please see explanation below. 1. Customer’s motorcycle was towed to our facility after being involved in a heavy front end collision, involving items such as damaged primary cover, bent handlebars, bent forks, etc. with many other damaged parts, such as foot rests and brackets, handgrips, mirrors, exhaust system, etc., to name but some of the components. There was also additional accident damage found which had to be cleared with the insurance company;2. Received the Assignment on 09/08/2014 and authorization to proceed from the customer on 9/11/2014. 3. The foot rest brackets had arrived in black as well as the brake pedal in aluminum as the OEM parts in chrome as individual pieces were discontinued and had to be ordered as a complete set in chrome. We returned the black parts and ordered the complete set in chrome. These were the only incorrect parts that arrived. Any Vendor that works on Harley Davidson motorcycles will tell you there are many variations for parts. There was also a speedo backing plate that was back ordered;4. The customer was kept well informed of the all of the above via email;5. The first set of hand skull mirrors had a small scratch on one of them;6. After being test driven, the customer’s motorcycle was delivered back to him on October, 20th 2014 at 6.44 pm, after hours;7. We ordered another set of mirrors for the customer and took the time to personally deliver them to his place of work, as well as the backing plate for the speedo;8. Please note on the skeleton hand mirrors, there was absolutely no demarcation to say what brand they were and we ordered them from a trusted vendor;9. The customer now has two sets of skeleton hand mirrors. The sets provided I believe are manufactured in Taiwan;10. I contacted the vendor and sent the correspondence to the customer via email. Apparently the set he says were on his bike are manufactured in China and packaged for the Kuryakyan Vendor;11. I explained to the customer that there is no advantage to us in putting cheaper parts on his motorcycle. We submit all our Vendor invoices to the insurance company for verification purposes. For example we cannot quote $200.00 to replace a part and buy a $10.00 part. That is not how we operate our business;12. Customer requested an oil change at the last minute and we charged him $59.43. This service and was not part of the insurance repairs. Not sure what the customer thinks he is being overcharged for. Just checked with a local Harley Davidson dealer and an oil change is approximately $90.00 for regular oil;13. We performed a brake service for the customer as his front brake pads were very badly worn and charged $87.87 for this service;14. The customer had a deductible of $500.00;15. We sent a total of 34 emails to the customer as well as a number of texts keeping him informed of the progress of his repairs;16. We even did some custom striping for him on his bike at no extra charge;17. We stayed late for him to pick up his bike and make sure he was comfortable riding after his front end collision;18. We even went as far as checking that he had arrived home safely after picking up his bike that night;19. We checked on him a couple of weeks later to see if his bike was running well and to see if he had done any riding;20. So not sure what lies this individual is referring to.21. Kindly note all copies of emails and any documentation are available for inspection;22. We are a family business and pride ourselves on our honesty, integrity and quality of work. Please let me know if you need copies of any of the emails, texts or other documentation relating to this matter. Please be kind enough to let me know you received this email.Apologies for the delay in responding, was not able to open your link, but found your faxed copy in our other building. Thanks,[redacted]Bell’s AutoSport
