Bells Mills Gas

Review: Hello, I recently purchased a home at [redacted]. The purchase came with the propane that was on site in a tank leased from Bell's Mills gas. On 9/7 suburban propane, filled the tank and locked it. They are asking that I open an account with them and purchase the complete tank of gas for the amount of 389.96. I have no issue setting up a contract with this company but purchasing a tank of gas of which half was included with the purchase of my home is wrong. The company was unwilling to negotiate this matter with me.Desired Settlement: I would like them either to allow me to use the gas which was included in the tank when I purchased my home or refund me the value of this gas at their current resale price.
