I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ***, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:
While I appreciate the effort Bellwether has made in this situation it is still not completedMy Square account is still frozen and I am unable to accept credit cardsIn fact one of the two disputed invoices was resolved and then immediately re-initiated a second time! This has effectively shut down my business. I am at the mercy of Bellwether to resolve this issue and my hands are tiedI can do absolutely nothingI do not understand how their employees charging expenses on their credit card is related to disputing an invoice paid via Square that they paid to meThe disputed funds would have gone back to the credit card not the employees fraudulently charging things on the cardUnless the employees were able to take cash from the card this response does not make sense.I would like to understand how Bellwethers we employees charging their credit cards fraudulently initiated a dispute of my invoices.

Hi, How are you doing? We told by a former *** *** *** that she put a complaint on us, and that you said we have days respondWe have had two former employees who charged a lot on our Company credit card, we did not know many of the charges we dispute everythingOnce the Bank
send us a statement on all the charges we contacted the Bank ASAPWe told them that Her charges were accurate and we apologized for the inconvenienceWe contact the merchant Square to tell them the same, as for now we are awaiting for the *** *** Fraud Specialist Operation department They will contact either by call, mail a letter or send them email Square and let them know the Charges are valid and to cancel the dispute ASAPWe asking that you please do not messed up our business, we have went through a lot with this issueOur attorneys are helping us with this, we hope this can be resolve in amicable way.
