This place is horrible! I ordered a dress on 9/8/14 and received an email confirmation right away. Then I heard nothing more. I emailed customer service on 9/23/14 to get the status, and was never emailed back. So I called and left a message on 10/9/14, and received an email quickly saying that my dress had shipped and I could expect it the following week. The box arrived on 10/15/14, and it was not what I ordered. I waited over a month and didn't get what I had ordered. I'm frustrated, but I won't return the item because I'm afraid I'll never see my money again. Beware when buying from Belly Envy.
