This company charges a "restocking fee" of 20% plus s/h handling if you need to return your purchase if your dog does not take to them. Mine didn't and I quickly took it off once I saw she couldn't settle with it on. It was clean and absolutely returnable. I was ok to pay to send it back but 20% restocking on a extra small black run of the mill band. I don't consider this good customer service and the fee is not mentioned anywhere that I can find on their website. I would not recommend the company.
