I am rejecting this response because:I asked the desk clearly if there was insurance money left. They had billed my insurance all year and knew the cap was $They outright lied to me verbally. The only acceptable resolution to this is my account should be zero out. They already declined my initial offer of 50% and I have now lived on to a new dentist. I will see them in smalls claim court if they can not be professional and fix their mistakes. They don't run an honest business. Estimates Are not off by a $
