To Whom It May Concern: [redacted] a Class A contractor was doing said work on said property, not Belmont Deck & Patio, Corp. dating back to 7/23/2013. A loan was taken with [redacted] Bank with checks sent to home owner with their name and [redacted]'s name. ...
Draws on the bank loan were sent only after an inspection of work. Final check was sent after work was completed and the customer sent the owner a text saying that they wanted a $5000.00 of final check given to them. No extra workwas done without a change order. The customer asked the owner of [redacted] once to make custom cabinets and defer payments til the following year and he said no.
