Review: Nearly 1 month ago my car was damaged while being serviced at Belmont Car Wash. More specifically, under direction of the employee, the passenger (right side) mirror hit into the steel blower lifting the mirror and entire panel out of place. Immediately stopping and exiting the vehicle, the manager approached me (the customer) stating not to worry, the damages would be taken care of by them and repaired immediately. She (the acting manager) requested that because the owner was not present I should come back tomorrow during business hours. I work 12 hour shifts and explained it would be impossible for me to make it back before their closing time. Rather, the manager took down all of my information and explained the owner/ her manager would call me the following day. I followed up the following day after not receiving a call. The acting manager notified me the owner was present earlier in the day. She stated that she did notify her of the situation and I would receive a call later that night. After still not receiving a call I attempted three more times on three different days to call and the acting manager stated it was out of her hands. She had notified her manager multiple times and was told she would contact me. As a long time customer this is unacceptable to be repeatedly ignored as if the situation would disappear.Desired Settlement: I expect the car damages to be repaired immediately. I will be quoted at an auto repair of my choice as well as one of theirs. I am also willing to go directly to the dealer for a quote if requested.
