our room was filthy, we found food crumbs everywhere, there were toe nail clipping on the floor next to the bedfood left in the refrig and the bed sheets were soiled with what looked like bloodour next room wasn't much betterlights bulbs were burnt outthe bathroom was not cleaned there was shampoo residue on the shower walls and the mirror was splatted with water marks and no heatso our next room was a suite with a spa tub since the hot tub in the pool area was not workingfilled the spa with water , sat down to turn on the jets and all kind of sm and WORMS came out of the jetsat this point I have had enoughwent to the front desk to find the attendant napping on the couch in the lobbythe Bar/ restaurant as not open on a Saturday night ( which was probably a good thing) the Manager wouldn't compensate us at all

As to the complaint by Mrs*** *** *** The paperwork that we recieve from Booking.com and the paperwork that we print out when we have a check in never shows a full credit card number Our folios for example have XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-*** as the credit card number and there is never an experation date Anything we recieve from Booking.com does not have any credit card numbers on them at all
And by privite information that she insists that others have seen, the only thing that it could be is her address and phone number Which is public record
Also her purchase price was $not $
Her desired settlement for a free night for July 26th was not possible due to the motel being booked solid for a wedding As for a refund, I do not feel that her complaint warrents a refund

I am not surprised she is refusing  a refund. I caution others who stay there... this happened to me and it can happen again.
