This review is about the property managed by this company in South Fork, CO (called South Fork Heights) I absolutely would not recommend renting from this business They have been promising renovation for years now, which may happen sooner or later, but in the meanwhile it is an excuse not to properly maintain apartments The interior repairs are shoddy, if done at all, and things just break again The wiring is poor and the windows are very leaky (making electricity very high for apartment living) The grounds are unkempt and unsafe The staff on-site are unprofessional and lazy The apartment manager gossips about residents to residents and if she doesn't like you she and the maintenance man will try to provoke you until she can evict you She doesn't understand paperwork and encourages lying (on government paperwork!) If you ask questions about the paperwork she gets all worked up and upset The maintenance man is incapable of basic maintenance He doesn't know how to do repairs and when questioned he gets angry with the resident These concerns have been brought to this company They are always very nice, but they have never addressed any safety (things remain unfixed) or staff issues (to my awareness) Even after a renovation I would not recommend renting from this company if the apartment manager and maintenance man are kept as staff This company is receiving over $per apartment (including subsidies) You would expect a clean, safe, up-kept living environment with professional, respectful staff who do their job, unfortunately this is far from the reality The truth is I feel compelled to warn unsuspecting consumers of this company's bad business practices If you are able, try the other companies in the area that provide subsidized housing Use your money (and your subsidies) to be a voice to say that we deserve fair and ethical housing

This company does not care about there residents at all, you can go to them about other residents breaking rules and Harassing you they won't do a thing and they a proved my husband to move in knowing he had a felony but when the resident who was harassing us started to complain about us being there they kicked my husband off the property they only gave him mins to get all his stuff off there propertyThey are to high for there crapping apartments and they just let other residents run the apartments who harass those who don't agree with them or if they don't like younot a good place for elderly or disabled people eitherI would not recommend this place to no one stay way from Savannah Park Apartment and Garden walk Apartments in Waldron,AR

The truth is I feel compelled to warn unsuspecting consumers of this company's bad business practices. If you are able, try the other companies in the area that provide subsidized housing. Use your money (and your subsidies) to be a voice to say that we deserve fair and ethical housing.
