Crusaders was to make monthly payments to resolve a debt. They missed a payment and the settlement was aggrement was canceled
An agreement was entere with Cititbank of South Dakota on 6/14/2011 where $ 479 a monthly payment was to be paid by Crusaders to settle an agreed upon debt of $ 5850. They missed a payment in November of 2012 and the settlement agreement was canceled.I now have a lein on my salary as Citibank of South Dakota is now collecting the debet in total plus interest of $14,136, Account n.
