In response to the above mentioned complaint our records show that the account was set up on 5/29/with payments being due on the 28th of each monthThe customers July payment was inadvertently posted in error to another account by Belmont Savings Bank's payment processorThe customer notified
us of the posting error and a copy of the cashed check was faxed in by the customerUpon completion of our research, the payment was located and posted to the customers account with an effective date of 7/28/The payment made by the customer on 8/20/has satisfied the August invoice due and all fees have been waivedThe customer's credit bureau reporting has not been negatively impacted by this incident and the customers payment history reflects all current payments with Belmont SpringsThe customer was made aware of the resolution on 9/5/and her next payment is due 9/28/2015, which will be automatically debited from her account per her instructionsIn response to the payment coupon book question, the payment coupon books are generally sent to customers in two mailingsThe first coupon book is for the first monthly payments followed by another coupon book for the remaining loan paymentsIn any further information is required , please feel free to contact me directly

Dear Revdex.com In regards to Ms***'s complaint;We did talk to her about her complaint of receiving dead flowers.We apologized and offered to replace them the next day as our deliverieswere done for the day as I had just received her e-mail complaint..She said she wanted her kids toget
their money back, I informed her that I am unauthorized to do thatas they were ordered from 1-800-FLOWERS.She then said she would accept replacement but they needed to be the freshest available.I informed her that the next shipment would come in Friday and those would be the freshest availableSo as I write this response to her complaint a fresharrangement is on the truck to her.Again I cannot refund her money as she or her kids must contact !-800-FLOWERS- the company she ordered them fromI do not have any of their billing infoand receive payment from 1-FLOWERS if they feel I have complied withtheir directions and no complaints have ensued.I certainly was not rude and listened to her crying for quite a long time, apologizing many times..I have yet to receive the pictures of the flowers I requested.I use those to show the designer who made them or the driver who delivered them to ascertain if they were at faultI also can show my grower/supplier for possible credit
