Against my better judgment, I purchased a car from Don's Wholesale Don't make the same mistake I did They are AWFUL - in every way Long story short, they had me sign the wrong paperwork when I purchased the vehicle They were nice enough to send someone to Baton Rouge to meet me (I live hours away) to take care of THEIR MISTAKE but didn't bring the original paperwork and I was confused about the total Instead of offering to send me a screenshot or email of the original paperwork, the Manager Mario got on the phone and screamed at me He was so awful If I could have returned the car at that point, I would have Then They put the wrong address on all the paperwork - so I never got my license or a bill So now, I finally have the bill and they financed my car for years at 27% interest even thought I put $10, down, traded in $10,and have excellent credit What a total waste of my time I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them or recommend them This is NOT a reputable place to do business

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS DEALERThey took advantage of my year old daughter purchasing her first ever vehicleThey sold her a BMW and two months later the transmission was going outShe called them and was told basically that it was her problem as there was no warranty and she did not purchase an extended warranty policyThey lied at the time of the sale and told her it was involved in a minor accident but when she tried to trade the vehicle in - the dealership showed her the car fax and explained that the car was actually in a very near totaled accident as the air bags deployed and the whole front end had to be re-done

I purchased a Chevrolet truck from a salesman Duane HenryWe had an agreement and Duane cheated me out of our dealI attempted to return the truck at the stated time we agreed upon and he refused to meet with meIn addition, Duane stopped returning my phone calls, and completely disregarded the agreement we had in placeIve also purchased other vehicles from Duane prior to this incident when he worked at Musson Patout and considered him a reliable person up until this pointHe essentially used lies and deceit in order to make a saleThis man is a crooked salesman and I'd suggest shopping around before doing business hereBuyer beware

They were nice enough to send someone to Baton Rouge to meet me (I live 2 hours away) to take care of THEIR MISTAKE but didn't bring the original paperwork and I was confused about the total. Instead of offering to send me a screenshot or email of the original paperwork, the Manager Mario got on the phone and screamed at me. He was so awful. If I could have returned the car at that point, I would have. Then. They put the wrong address on all the paperwork - so I never got my license or a bill. So now, I finally have the bill and they financed my car for 6 years at 27% interest even thought I put $10, 000 down, traded in $10,000 and have excellent credit. What a total waste of my time. I will NEVER purchase ANYTHING from them or recommend them. This is NOT a reputable place to do business.

I am a single mom on a fixed income and went to purchase a used vehicle from Don's Wholesale in Broussard,La. My salesman was [redacted] and this man sold me a car that he said had no problems at all. He said everything worked and after he wouldn't take no for a answer I agreed to the deal thinking I was getting a good deal. I asked him about the keyless remote he told me this model was not equipped with one then before leaving the dealership I asked him if oil was changed and if car went through the whole inspection he said of course and oil was changed and had 3000 miles before next change. So leaving the dealership I noticed no oil sticker and the inspection sticker was 5 months old so I then called him and he told me they didn't have to put inspection sticker on and oil was good they just forgot to put oil sticker on the vehicle. I have never in my life bought any vehicle without the car being inspected so I decided to go check oil and mechanic tells me the oil was so black that the oil wasn't changed in a long time then the driver window motor seems like it's going to out the window want go up and down and tire on passengenger side in front is hitting bad like its a bearing or a tire rod or even something more serious and could be dangerous to drive. I inform [redacted] the next day and he tells me he found out car never went through their mechanic shop but was selling it on their lot saying it was fully checked out and car was in perfect shape and everything worked. How can they put this car on their lot and give false statements to customers. Then he tells me it will cost me 340 to put in my name but now DMV telling me 560 money I don't have and was another lie. Then car that he told me wasn't equipped with a keyless remote, I can't not get into this car without alarm going off and randomly going off all night but this man told me it wasn't equipped with one how can he say they never locked this car and opened it up without this alarm going off. I was mislead 100% and was tricked into refinancing my car for a extra 3 yrs at a higher interest rate and a day later I tell these people they lied mislead me and my finance co. R the finance co. They were going through never started any process and they would not cancel the deal after only a day and being lied to about this car had been checked out 100% by their mechanic how can a dealership put a car straight on their lot and tell customers nothing was wrong with it I do not think this dealership should be in business they are lying to hard working people and selling dangerous vehicles that has never been checked out.
