Review: I purchased $4034.19 worth of fencing from [redacted] on 3/7/2014. Order # [redacted]. This business is located at [redacted], NJ. Once I processed the order, my funds were withdrawn immediately out of my [redacted] debit account. I was sent a receipt, however the receipt was from another company? I was suspicious and immediately tried to call this business. They do not answer their phone. I sent 8 e-mails asking for the status of my order and for someone to Please contact me. 11 days later ( March 18, 2014) , this same company in NJ, withdrew another $4034.19 from my same [redacted] account? I caught this charge in the processing stage and called [redacted] to try and get it stopped. It has now been 12 days and I have no product-no response and 2 charges for the same product. I have filed a complaint with the [redacted], IC3 and other federal agencies. I believe this company is practicing fraudulent practices and has Zero customer service or responses to any inquires. I basically, have no clue when/if/how my order will be shipped or if the company has just fraudulently taken my money. Therefore, I wanted to file a formal complaint.Desired Settlement: Full refund of both charges- immediately.
Review: I ordered Vinyl fence with total amount of 2.189.67 in April 29, 2015 from [redacted] aka [redacted]a of New Jersey as what the name on their email (not knowing that they also have another name to deceive customer). And after all the promises just like other complainants that I read here, they are not truthful to their promises nor professional in dealing business. In fact, they gave me assurance of delivery middle of May 2015 until they keep promising by this month of June and now it's almost July, they have not responded to me and keeps ignoring my calls and emails. I don't know if this business really exist or fraudulent. I asked my installer from out of state which is a friend of mine to help me out and arrived the day they promise to deliver but we were just waiting for nothing. I am tired of waiting for almost 2 months now and demanding my money back so I can order fence somewhere else. I hope with this complaint as well as others that I read here (which by far recently filed by other complainants) will give warning to other customers to stay away from this company.
Review: Fence Slats located at [redacted] New Jersey, also operating under the name [redacted] and [redacted] has failed to deliver products ordered. I called on April 6th to check on the status of my March 23rd order and was advised that my order would be shipped April 6th with delivery by April 10th. On April 16th I called and requested status, was told the order had been shipped and noted as "received" when I insisted on a tracking order for the shipment I was then advised that that was an error and was for a business in Virginia. At that time I was promised a ship date of April 17th and that an e-mail would be sent to me providing the tracking number by 3:30 on April 17th. At 4:22pm on April 17th I called because I had not received the e-mail. A man by the name of "Bill" answered the phone advised me that he needed to run to the shipping department to get the information and would call me right back; needless to say, I got no phone call and when I attempted to call at 4:45pm the phone went immediately to fax the first call, the second and third calls went to voice mail.Desired Settlement: At this time I want the return of my payment of $398.30 on this order as the business has proven itself as untrustworty and unreliable and cannot be trusted.
Review: We ordered vinyle fence and the hanging hardware, of which the hardware was not in the shipment. The customer service agent stated upon our call that it had been shipped and would arrive in 2-3 business days. After it did not arrive we called back and were told we would have to pay again to receive the hardware. The is deceitful and dishonest and taking advantage of the customer who has to have the hardware to install the product by double billing them.Desired Settlement: Refund the second payment we made for the hardware to my credit card and apologize for being dishonest.
Review: I ordered 100' of 2" fence slats from Fence America of NJ. In the middle of January 2015. Called them a week later to check on my order. Was told by a gentleman that the product I ordered was not available and should not have been still on the their website. So I told him to please remove my order. I received a call later from [redacted] who told me the man was new and the product was available. I told her I had gone to another company to purchase because I was told the product was not available. [redacted] told me my credit card would not be charged. I received my statement and the charge of $853.13 ( $613.13 for product, and $240.00 for shipping) was on my card. Have called 11 times since then to try to get my money back. Every time I am told it went to accounting. They will not give me the number to accounting. I have talked to 5 different people. Always say they will call me back after checking as to what happened to my request for the refund and never call back. Put me on hold and tell me the person is not available if I ask for someone specific. Really need some help to resolve this issue. Went to this company in good faith and gave them 3 months to return my money as goodwill.Desired Settlement: Would like my $853.13 returned to me. Went to this company in good faith. please need any help possible to resolve this issue
Review: I ordered fencing from their online website buyvinylfence.com. The order was placed May 12th. I was told by the shipping manager that we would have the fence delivered by May 23rd. It did not arrive. I was then told it would arrive by May 30th at which time we explained the fence needed to arrive then as we were on a deadline. I called May 28th or 29th to insure about the delivery time and tracking and was told it would arrive June 3rd and a tracking email would be sent to me. When I did not receive a tracking email, I called (June 2nd) and was told it would ship out June 3rd. [redacted] (manager) guaranteed me it would be on a truck Tuesday at 4 pm and would be at my house no later than June 6th..GUARANTEED. I advised that it needed to be here by the weekend of June 6th no excuses. I also advised that we had to reschedule crews to install the fence 3 times b/c of their delays. For this he offered a measly 5% off our order and a guarantee it would be here Friday the 6th. Still no shipping confirmation in hand I called on June 4th, got [redacted] on the phone and asked for a status. I was told he needed to check and would call back. No return call and no answer on the phone the whole day. I called back again today and was told it will be on a truck tonight but they can not guarantee it will be here this weekend. The owner [redacted] said he could give only another 3% off the order. We will be traveling and if this fence is not installed by this weekend we will have to pay for full time care for our dog for 2 weeks. All we get is sorry but it will ship today, tomorrow, and endless changes in delivery dates with lots of varied excuses. I advised [redacted] that if it is not delivered before Monday they will have to do much better than a measly 8% which is less than $100.00. The shipping charge alone was over $300!!!Desired Settlement: I want the shipping costs refunded and if the fence does not arrive before Monday June 9th I expect an additional refund in the amount of 300.00 which is the difference between part time and full time care for our dog for 2 weeks.
Review: Two seperate orders on the same date were placed. I contacted them numerous times indicating that the second order was never received. They kept saying that they mailed it. When I insisted that they give me a tracking number, they gave me the same tracking number for the first order as well as a new shipping date. Since when can the same UPS tracking number be given for something that was supposedly shipped at a later date. They have done nothing to solve the problem. As a matter of fact, the last time I called, the guy who answered the phone said, maybe you should contact paypal to get your money back" That was the last straw, I want everyone to know what a lousy company they are.Desired Settlement: At this point, I want my money back
Review: Placed and payed for order on 5-7-15. Have made numerous phone calls and have been promised numerous times order is almost done and going to be delivered but never happens. Now I read that this is common with other people. There is no offer of restitution. No return of emails or phone calls. I would just like my product or refund full amount dueDesired Settlement: Need product ASAP or full refund ASAP so I can complete project
Review: On July 23, 2014 I ordered a fence from this company of in the value of $1,736.99 with a promised delivery date within 10 busniess days. July 25 I received a telephone call from the company informing that the fence was ready for shipping and confirmed the shipping address. After two weeks elapsed and I had not yet received the fence I called the company to inquire. No one answered the phone and despite numerous messages left by myself no one returned my call. About 2 months later I finally reached a human being and they informed me that they had no record of my order but that there was a fence order in the "yard with [redacted]" labeled. Since I am [redacted] I assumed that was my fence waiting for shipment. The company representative I was speaking with attempted to deflect the responsibility upon me saying they were waiting for me to request the fence. I told him to deliver the fence. Another month went by and I still had no fence and my customer was upset and went elsewhere with her business. I cancelled the order and requested a refund since they never delivered the product. It is now January 8, 2014 - almost 6 months later - and still no refund. I have sent countless emails and phone calls. The managers I have spoken with, [redacted] and [redacted], all promise to look into the matter and get back to me. They never do. They took my money and never delivered the product.Desired Settlement: I require full refund with interest. I have been more than polite and patient providing this company with amble opportunity to settle this manner yet they refuse. Therefore I require a full refund of the $1,736.99 plus interest accrued on my credit card at 18% per annum for the 6 month period my money was tied up by their incompetency.
