Review: I purchased a [redacted] that [redacted] said was unlocked to work with [redacted]. I took home and tried and it did not work. He charged me extra $** to unlock but never was able to unlock it. I waited 3 days without a phone and still couldnt get it to unlock. I went back on 6/7/2014 and tried to get it working he wouldnt fix it and just gave me back part of my money. He wouldnt refund me the $** I paid to have phone unlocked.Desired Settlement: I want a refund of the $** I paid for nothing. I tried to keep phone but he just handed me $[redacted] and pretty much said to bad.

Review: My daughter and I went into Belmont Wireless a month ago to have her Cell phone screen replaced. The Owner told us to go out and sit in our car. He would be done in 20 minutes. After the NEW screen was replaced (2 days later). The phone started shutting on and off, the screen and the apps started flickering. We thought maybe it was the battery, so we ordered a new battery off of Ebay. The battery arrived and worked fine. But the flickering continued on. So we took the phone back to Belmont Wireless the open sign was on, But the door was locked and no one was there August 19, 2014. So My daughter asked if we could go to [redacted] down the street. So, we went there and the gentleman asked what was going on with the phone. We told them that we had taken the phone to Belmont Wireless for a screen replacement. The gentleman at [redacted] told us they have had several complaints about Belmont Wireless, along with the customers in their store.. When they fixed the phone they told us that Belmont Wireless had sold us a BAD SCREEN. [redacted] replaced the screen, and NOW the phone works perfect.. No issues what so ever. We went back to Belmont Wireless and told a worker in there about the screen and told him we would be back in tomorrow to get a refund and will bring in the screen.. He agreed. We went back to [redacted] and got the screen immediately, The worker told us that the owner was on his way in. So we sat and waited. The owner showed up and another customer was upset because they could not help her fix her phone. I told the lady that [redacted] would be more than happy to help her get her phone fixed. The owner of Belmont Wireless did not like me telling that customer to go there and told me he would NOT refund my money just because I referred her to another company. I told him I would be back along with my husband to get the situation settled, and he asked me if I was threatening him. My daughter and I got in the car and left at that point.Desired Settlement: Would like the cost of $[redacted] for the Bad screen that Belmont Wireless sold us.. Because we had to pay the same charge to get it replaced at [redacted]..
