We have been in contact with Mr [redacted] and have addressed his issues with his roof leaksHe had a defecting air vent that was causing the leaksWe have taken the vent out and covered the hole with the necessary roofing materialWe are currently working with Mr [redacted] to fix the damaged interiorHe had two phone numbers for the sales rep [redacted] ***the one that Mr [redacted] called was the [redacted] That number has been changed to his other number (808) [redacted] Mr [redacted] had both numbers saved in his phone but did not realize itHe only called the disconnected number and the office numberSince we received his letter [redacted] has been in touch with Mr***As soon as we are finished fixing Mr***s interior I believe he will be satisfied
