BELOW wholesale is RIGHT! Horrible business! Horrible "management." Grown men treating other grown adults like their punching bags I've never heard business owners yell at their own customers and employees the way that these two men did
I bought cabinets and countertops from them Two of the cabinets were sold to me at the wrong sizes, and then they blamed ME saying that I gave them the wrong dimensions They denied ever seeing my layout plans which labeled exact dimensions, yet I had photocopies of THEIR notes in THEIR handwriting on top of the plans They told me crown moulding came with the cabinets and when they arrived without the moulding, they then made me pay extra for it
Onto the countertops They sold me a piece of granite that was scratched and gouged beyond repair, to the point that their own counter fabricator would not even cut the slab for me They then told me that it was going to cost me more money to get another piece of granite because they couldn't price any other piece as low as that piece When I came to get my money back for the granite, they then had ordered me a new piece and repeatedly blamed the extra delivery expense that they had to pay on me
They are good salesmen, but once the deal is complete, they become berating bullies that take zero accountability for their mistakes If you fall for their sales pitches (like I did), be prepared to wait an abamount of time for your order, to have your phone calls avoided, have another phone number available from which you can call them, and be ready to be treated like a peon
