This letter is to inform you on my response to this claim from [redacted]. Original order was placed on Dec. XX XXXX. First order was approved on 1-5-2016. We shipped via USPS on X-X-XXXX
Tracking # XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XXXX-XX Item was damaged...
by USPS in shipping. Refused by [redacted] 2/17/2016.
I explained to [redacted] to send item back and we would remake or repair and send out ASAP.
New item was cut and shipped on X-XX-XXXX USPS tracking # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX
This was shipped at my cost, without the first damaged item being sent back. I had no way of filing a claim to recoup my costs, by we took care of our customer as we told her we would.
[redacted] has no reason to submit this complaint. We went out of our way to try to make this right.
Damaged item was returned only after she sent this complaint in to your company.
Please reconsider our rating with you as we have our customer's happiness with our products a first priority.

The replacement item was not what I originally ordered. It was done fast and cheap. It was the wrong color and missing hooks. I called and emailed. They wouldn't respond. They answered the phone once. Told me they only have one color which is a lie because I have pictures of the damaged item before I sent it back. So the replacement was the wrong size and wrong color. When I told her this she hung up on me and refused to work with me. AT. ALL. So at "cost to me" I'm also out of 157 dollers because belt display refused to replace wrong item or take it back for a refund. I have tried to contact them after being hung up on and they refuse to answer the phone. They won't issue a refund. I'm extremely disappointed in their service. They won't answer phone or emails.
