I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.  I just want to add that although my complaint was "acknowledged" thru an email to me from "Brock" at Belterrra on 3-9 -17, he did not address my request for a refund. He wanted further information (which I provided) "so they could utilize this information to further improve visits to future guests".  After responding to them with the further information that he requested, I did not hear back from him (or Belterra).  At any rate, I really appreciate that they are now going to refund my money. I only wish they had offered to do this earlier so I would not have went so far as to contact the Revdex.com.  I appreciate and accept their offer and would like to thank them -- as well as the Revdex.com for your help in getting this resolved.
