I set up an appointment for an estimator and took time off of work to be available No estimator showed up After waiting on line for minutes I was finally connected with a representative from Beltmann Group There were no apologies or attempts to accommodate me, and there was no explanation They simply didn't schedule the appointment

As a company, we settled for the damage that occurred during the relocation form MN to MI. the settlement amount was for approximately $358.00 The goods that went into mini storage were checked off and received by the customer with no...

noted damage. As a courtesy, we left a few pads behind ( not policy ) to help protect some of the customers finer goods. It is the responsibility of the shipper to check off items as they come off the truck and are received. In addition, the customer should have had their own pads to protect their goods. Our position and policy is that once an item is checked off and received, clear of damage, that the customer is stating that all goods have been received in good order. There was no notation of missing or damaged at the time of delivery into the mini-storage.
Please note- This was filed with the WI Revdex.com and did not get to this office until a few weeks ago. We normaly are very quick to resond to any Revdex.com concerns.

Don't take your vehicle here, especially if you're a woman!
A lot of mechanics like to take advantage of women, but my experience here was far worse than anything I've encountered before. After promising my car would be looked at with two days and it was not, finally on the third day they tell me I need a timing belt and water pump which will be $1100. By the 5th day of them not calling back after they promised twice that they would, I tell them I have to have my car back before they close for the weekend. I finally get my car back on a Friday evening, drive it 5 blocks to my house only to find out it is still leaking oil and they haven't fixed a thing- after 5 days and $1100! Of course they are closed on the weekend, so the next week I call them and they tell me to bring it in again and then they say "oh we were wrong, you need a radiator and that will be another $400" and only offer me only a $60 refund for the work they did the week before. While I was in the shop, another woman came in to pick up her car- she goes out to her car and comes back in a few minutes later- saying the same thing- that they did not fix her car and it's still doing the same thing she did before she took it in.
After two weeks of back and fourth, the manager still didn't even know my first name and wrote my $60 refund check out to my ex, whom was never around during this entire process. When I did come in to pick up my car at one point with a male relative, they went directly to him to talk about what was wrong with my car, instead of talking to me, the person who was paying these sexist monkeys for their "work."
I could not say enough bad things about my horrible experience at this business.

Please read the customers complaint. the majority of the comments are from the clock company. The customers viewpoint and complaint starts at: Beltman company's Representative, Lizzie [redacted], Customer Care...

Administrator, has denied our insurance claim for the grandfather clock repairs that were damaged in moving Ms [redacted] has taken upon herself to blame me for breaking the clock in advance to it being moving and discrediting Clock Depot's report of what caused the damage to the clock. She somehow has determined that the clock was not shaken or improperly moved which caused the damage based on no facts, just her assumption.
We are not discrediting the clock company, I have called and left a message with the company and spoke to Coleen, she was going to have Dan call me back, I have not heard from them. In addition, we have not blamed Mr. [redacted] for damaging the clock, we would not know of anything Mr. [redacted] did to the clock prior to movement.  
The clock was not serviced by Beltmann, we did not handle anything with the internal workings. The clock company clearly states that the cabinet has no external damage, It is Dan's"assumption" that it must have been shaken.  In addition, Dan states that " It also has an appearance of not being packed properly prior to the move"  Lack of damage to the external cabinet and not being serviced by Beltmann illustrates that the clock was not dropped and Beltmann's lack of accountability for the clock condition.
In a effort to resolve this issue I have tried to work with Mr. [redacted]; I have offered him $650.00 which is more than fair considering the lack of physical damage to the clock.

We ordered a mattress from COSTCO that Beltman was supposed to deliver. We received a phone call to schedule a delivery a full 2 days after arrived locally at the Beltman distribution facility. I scheduled a delivery date and was told they would call the day before to schedule a 3 hour window the day before the delivery. Beltman never made the call and when my wife called during the scheduled date (Thursday) they informed her they had delivered the mattress to the wrong address the previous Monday. They never apologized for the inconvenience of my wife being stuck at home for a delivery that was never going to happen or not informing us of the mistake. When I called to discuss the customer service issues they actually told me it happens all the time as they handle/distribute hundred hundreds of mattresses a week from retailers like COSTCO, mistake happen they said. How a company like Beltman thinks delivering something like a mattress to the wrong address is normal is beyond me. We're still waiting on our mattress delivery and receiving poor customer service.
