I just had the pleasure of doing business with Air Design Services in London while purchasing a [redacted] cooling/heating system for my condo unitThis replaces a years old [redacted] unit in my condo which is unique to all the units within our building [redacted] My decision to source out a new PTAC replacement unit led me to many companies and contractorsI received quotes varying as much as four times in price as well as up to an entire day to installDetermined to find a company, I could trust long termhad become frustrating to say the leastWhen I contacted Air Design Services in London, their salesman [redacted] responded in a prompt, courteous and professional mannerHe was a pleasure to deal with and helped me make an informed decision with a reputable manufacture [redacted] heard my questions and concerns and addressed them as we finalized the purchaseI was looking for a reputable manufacturer offering an extended warranty and backed by the services of a reputable contractor in London [redacted] went the extra mile to keep me informed and offered a competitive priceA manufacturer's extended warranty along with the added comfort of a 24/service through Air Design Services (an A+ member of the Revdex.com) sealed my confidenceOn the day of installation, Air Design Service called me to confirm my delivery and installationTheir servicemen [redacted] and [redacted] , arrived promptly and were very polite and efficient as they removed the old unit and installed the new oneThey took the time to explain the system to me and offered some helpful suggestions to ensure efficient operation of the system [redacted] and [redacted] made the the installation process a pleasure and they had the installation complete in about minutesFrom start to end, Air Design Services' staff were courteous, efficient, punctual, competitive and a pleasure to deal withMy sincere thanks goes out to everyone at Air Design ServicesI will recommend your services to anyone in our condominium with confidence

Don't take your vehicle here, especially if you're a woman! A lot of mechanics like to take advantage of women, but my experience here was far worse than anything I've encountered beforeAfter promising my car would be looked at with two days and it was not, finally on the third day they tell me I need a timing belt and water pump which will be $By the 5th day of them not calling back after they promised twice that they would, I tell them I have to have my car back before they close for the weekendI finally get my car back on a Friday evening, drive it blocks to my house only to find out it is still leaking oil and they haven't fixed a thing- after days and $1100! Of course they are closed on the weekend, so the next week I call them and they tell me to bring it in again and then they say "oh we were wrong, you need a radiator and that will be another $400" and only offer me only a $refund for the work they did the week beforeWhile I was in the shop, another woman came in to pick up her car- she goes out to her car and comes back in a few minutes later- saying the same thing- that they did not fix her car and it's still doing the same thing she did before she took it in After two weeks of back and fourth, the manager still didn't even know my first name and wrote my $refund check out to my ex, whom was never around during this entire processWhen I did come in to pick up my car at one point with a male relative, they went directly to him to talk about what was wrong with my car, instead of talking to me, the person who was paying these sexist monkeys for their "work." I could not say enough bad things about my horrible experience at this business

Please read the customers complaint. the majority of the comments are from the clock company. The customers viewpoint and complaint starts at: Beltman company's Representative, Lizzie [redacted] , Customer Care... Administrator, has denied our insurance claim for the grandfather clock repairs that were damaged in moving Ms [redacted] has taken upon herself to blame me for breaking the clock in advance to it being moving and discrediting Clock Depot's report of what caused the damage to the clock. She somehow has determined that the clock was not shaken or improperly moved which caused the damage based on no facts, just her assumption. We are not discrediting the clock company, I have called and left a message with the company and spoke to Coleen, she was going to have Dan call me back, I have not heard from them. In addition, we have not blamed Mr. [redacted] for damaging the clock, we would not know of anything Mr. [redacted] did to the clock prior to movement. The clock was not serviced by Beltmann, we did not handle anything with the internal workings. The clock company clearly states that the cabinet has no external damage, It is Dan's"assumption" that it must have been shaken. In addition, Dan states that " It also has an appearance of not being packed properly prior to the move" Lack of damage to the external cabinet and not being serviced by Beltmann illustrates that the clock was not dropped and Beltmann's lack of accountability for the clock condition. In a effort to resolve this issue I have tried to work with Mr. [redacted] ; I have offered him $650.00 which is more than fair considering the lack of physical damage to the clock. Mike [redacted]

Mr [redacted] Mr [redacted] booked his shipment with North American Van Lines and Beltmann Group acted as the booking agent This was son a North American Van Lines Contract North American is experiencing a high volume of moves and failed to provide a truck on the day that Mr [redacted] shipment was to load Beltmann Group Lenexa, KS provided a local truck to load Mr [redacted] items from his house on the scheduled loading day Mr [redacted] s items currently reside in Beltmann's Lenexa Warehouse at Lenexa Dr., Lenexa KS Mr [redacted] is welcome to come view or have a representative come view at anytime Items are scheduled to be loaded on 6/2/from our facility for delivery the week of June 6th We understand that this is outside of the delivery window and have authorized Mr [redacted] for delay claim compensation while he is without his goods [redacted] our move coordinator has had several conversations with Mr [redacted] and we will continue to keep him aprised of any developments Mr [redacted] should hear from a local agent at his destination to schedule a delivery time no later than Teusday 6/7/ This is a capacity only issue Mr [redacted] goods are safe and scheduled to deliver to him in the near future We sincerely apologize for Mr [redacted] frustrations and are doing everything in our power to get his goods to him as soon as possible
