Review: I TRIED TO LOG INTO THEIR WEB SITE TO ORDER THEIR PRODUCTS, BUT MY E-MAIL AND PASSCODE WOULD NOT WORK. I CALLED THEM SEVERAL TIMES TO TRY TO GET IT TO WORK, THEY WOULD NOT TAKE MY ORDER AND INSISTED I ORDER ON LINE. IN A CONVERSATION WITH THE SALES REP, HE WHENT ON A TYRAID AND STARTED CURSING ME OUT, USING PROFANE LANGUAGE WITH F WORD DIRECTED TOWARDS ME AND MY MOTHER. I ASKED TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR, AND EXPLAINED TO THE SUPERVISOR ALL I WANTED WAS TO LOG IN THEIR WEB SITE TO PLACE AN ORDER OR ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM, HE ANSWERED ME WITH AN E-MAIL TELLING ME I WAS NOT WELCOMED TO PURCHASE THEIR PRODUCTS BECAUSE HE THOGHT I WAS A LAWYER, AND THAT I SHOULD GO SOMEWERE ELSE. VERRY STRANGE AND UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE TO BE ABLE TO LOG IN THEIR WEBSITE OR BE ABLE TO ORDER DIRECTLY FROM THEM.

Mr. [redacted] did try to order online on Apr. 29th. He encountered some difficulty. He called us, and we explained to him what he needed to do. He called us a second time and told us he did not trust us any longer and he is a lawyer. We told him that if that was the case the we cannot help him. He proceeded to call us four(!!!) more times, until we had to warn him that this was bordering on harassment.

Mr. [redacted] was never our customer, never purchased anything, charged anything or sent anything. This is the first time since 1999 I have encountered a customer like this. Our company prides itself on providing excellent customer service. However, some people are impossible to please. We encourage these customers to take their business elsewhere.
