Revdex.com: I have not receive a response by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] Sincerely, [redacted] ***
This is a fact less claim on the consumers behalfJust because one website says every two years, I could attach different articles from American Academy of Audiologists, Hearing Review, AARP that talk about how important it is to get your hearing tested annuallyIn fact when left untreated
hearing loss has been shown to increase the onset of dementia, not to mention how hearing loss affects your relationships with family and loved onesThere is nothing in that marketing piece that we can't back up with proof
We have a new owner that will be opening two new offices in the next two weeks that will be able to service the customer
Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because:I was told the exact same thing last springUnless I see proof of a new office and the name of the person opening it I have to assume they are stalling
Sincerely,

Billy [redacted] We told the patient repeatedly that a new Beltone office was opening in that area. The new office did open in November of 2017. Mr. [redacted] was sent a letter notifying him of the opening and the store was more than willing to work with him. I'm confused by the complaint. We send out direct mail to prospects for our products based on trying to raise awareness for hearing health. There is nothing in that direct mail piece that is misleading or "preying", it simply stated that she hadn't had a hearing test in 24 months. A patient ID...
is nothing more than a computer generated tracking number. Again, trying to help people live a better live is HARDLY preying on the elderly, it's simply raising awareness

I am rejecting this response because:They know darn well what they are doing. It's bogus and deceitful. I'm not dragging this out, I don't have the energy to play their game. They win, but not a future customer.
Sincerely,
