I am a returning residential customer of J&M Keystone Inc I requested to have my carpets cleaned and the work that was done was excellent My home smells great and the service technician ( [redacted] ) was friendly and very professionalWhen its time for my carpets to be cleaned again I will not hesitate to call J&M Keystone Inc

March J&M was contracted to replace all carpeting in my condo (for sq yards) due to water pipe bursting in the upstairs unitMy family and I had moved to Australia in January of the same year and as such Gerry with J&M was assigned to replace the carpet with a higher quality of carpet which they charged and additional $beyond the price authorized by the test conducted by USAAWhen I came back months later to check on the workmanship, the new $8,+ carpet look worse that the year carpet that they had replacedJ&M and their carpet subcontractor insisted that the quality of the carpet was the sameAt my insistence and the threat of contacting my insurance company, USAA, they agreed to preform another ITEL test for the newly installed carpetThe new ITEL report showed that the installed carpet was significantly lower in quality the type used by many apartment complexes who intend to replace their carpet every 3-yearsThe carpet that was payed for was supposed to have a minimum Face Weight of 61.1oz, Tuft of and Pile Height of which is considered by carpet experts to be of best qualitySince the discrepancy was identified, the company has stalled by not showing up and cancelling meetingsWhen they have showed up, they bring the same samples that had been previously shown and rejected due to lack of quality and the last time we met, the brought commercial grade carpetingThe type you would find in the lobby of a hotel or convention centers that experience high traffic volumeThis happened the day before my family was to go out of the country again then moved to ConnecticutWhen I spoke to Jeff, he stated to give them a call once we arrived in Connecticut and had a chance to look for a carpet that I would likeJust called Jeff today and was told that since the year warranty required by the insurance company had just expired, I was stuck with the inferior carpet and that they weren't required to replace it!

This company automatically came by after Superior Restoration finished there clean up after a minor flood. It took weeks after the estimator from J&M initially visited our home to get started the restoration process. After they missed appointments the nightmare began. First- One of there workers cut out internet cable and didnt let us know we had to call the cable company for a repair. Second -The cable guy attached the new cable to the wall off the ground. J&M's workman drywalled the cable into the wall. Third- Missed appointments to continue work as work was not completed as describe.Fourth- Company called for an appointment for carpet installation they came late in the day and left the carpet and padding in the garage on a Thursday they said they would be back Friday the next day. Never showed, then said they would be back Tuesday so needless to say we had to park outside. In the mean time another worker cam and left a mess of drywall waterish mud and debris splatters on the driveway motorcycle and on the grass area. Once the carpet started two men came out and took till passed 9pm to complete 4 areas. At the moment base boards were not matched baseboards not removed now has cracks and top and missing base. This company was poor on communication and being late and breaking appointments. Never would I consider referring J&M Keystone....

I had an 11am appt and waited an hour. I had an appt at 11am on Monday Feb 23rd. My wife & I were there a few minutes before 11. The office is shared by another doctor's ofc and no one was at the window to greet us when we arrived. My wife went over to the other doctor's ofc window & she was told someone would be with us shortly. We waited 15 min & no one ever came to the window or let us know anything. My wife went back to the other window and she was told that they were with a patient in the back with the door shut. At 11:30, my wife called the main ofc for Beltone to see if we needed to reschedule or what was going on since no one from Beltone had told us anything. My wife was told they would call the ofc where we were at & see what the problem was. The main ofc then called my wife back and said they were with another patient and it would only be a few more minutes. We waited 30 more minutes and no one ever came out to tell us anything. We left & my wife called the main office to tell them we were leaving & that we were upset that no one ever even acknowledged that we were there. She was told that the tech knew were had an appt at 11am but they were tied up with another patient. The tech should have at least come out & told us they were running behind or something. The main office also told my wife that they would have the tech call us when she finished with that patient but we never received a phone call. Desired SettlementThere should be someone at the window to greet all patients & let the patients know if things are running behind or if we need to reschedule or to relay any information. Business Response Hi,We already called this patient this morning (snow yesterday) and offered to provide a FREE Hearing Evaluation at their home because of the problem Monday. They have not called us back yet.
