It was not offered to me as well as the batteries. I had to demand them. Beltone can mail my warranty card because he is not truefull in his response. I advised him that I didn't want to his place of business. He didn't report that the $196.00 wasn't paid by me at the time of purchase because he had expected to get the money from my insurance company and refused to repair my hearing aide until I paid the balance and he refused my credit card after I had advised him that was all I had. He had me (73) years old sit in his office trying to borrow the money to no avail. I had to offer him a post dated check because I didn't have enough money in my account. I had to go to the bank and withdraw money from my card to deposit it in my account. He then told me not to post date the check because he was not allowed to accept a post dated check. I had to put the correct date and rush to the bank to clear the check before he would repair my hearing aide. If I hadn't reported him to the Revdex.com, he wouldn't offer my warranty card. I wouldnt recommend his place of business to anyone because he takes  advantage if SENIORCITIZEN.Please mail my card

I called my Insurance company to see if I was responsible for the balance and they told me not to pay it.  Beltone signed a contract to accept payment in full per their agreement. Beltone sent a charge of $5,200 to the Insurance Company and the Insurance discounted $1,466.00 and paid them $1304.00 and the amount I was to pay the difference of $2500.00 per their agreement and Beltone was supposed to accept that payment in full but they are billing me for the difference. The Insurance BC/BS stated that I was responsible for the $2500.00 and plus $55.00 because I chose a higher cost and they were only paying for one hearing aide per 3 years. The Insurance Company stated that Beltone had contacted them for the difference and was told that they had an agreement for Beltone to accept the amount per contract. The Insurance Company also stated that I was only to pay $2500.00. Beltone stated before he billed the Insurance that my payment was pay $3390.00 which I paid in advance.  He stated that the $1500.00 was to be billed to BC/BC and he did. Yes, I was in the office on November 19 because one of the hearing aide needed adjustment.  I paid $190.00 for a 1 year warranty and fitting fee which was included in the payment of $3390.00. Yes, I told them that I wasn't going to pay because the Insurance Company told me not to. I also told them that their they should be contacting the Insurance Company and not me.The letter that I received from them stated that I have a 3 year warranty and 96 batteries which  I haven't received. When I asked for extra batteries, I was told that they weren't included.I will fax you my benefit payments that I was responsible for.I will reiterate that I am not responsible for the difference and I will not pay.I will also like to receive a copy of the warranty and the 96 batteries.
