call to get the mail address, the individual had already filed an action with Revdex.com.  We would have appreciated having at least one hour to respond.Our marketing company confirms that they have removed [redacted] from receiving mail or calls.  In addition, [redacted] has also been removed from mail and call list.  Their confirmation information is included below for your records and confirmation that action has been taken.The individual reports first requesting name removal on the exact same dates each year for several years.  Dates reported are 9/14/2010, 9/14/2011, 9/14/2012, 9/14/2013.  For the record:We do not mail clients on such a precise schedule.We did not own the business in 2010 and the previous owner did not have an office in Loveland so they would not have mailed advertising that year.We did not own the business in 2011 and the previous owner did not have an office in Loveland so they would not have mailed advertising that year.We purchased the business in 2012 and didn't begin advertising in Loveland until October.We were mailing in Loveland in 2013 and beyond and have no record of receiving a request to be removed from the mailing list.It is possible that other firms are mailing to this household.  Beltone is the most familiar name in our industry and sometimes confused with others.We do our best to remove any request off the mail list as it makes no business sense to spend money mailing to people that don't receive our offers. We believe that we have fully complied and that our external marketing firm has fully complied with the name removal for both individuals and at this address.Customer’s Statement of the Problem:My father [redacted], passed away 6 years ago. I continue to get mail in his name only from Beltone. I have called numerous times for the last 6 years asking them to please stop sending advertisement mail in my father's name he passed away in 2010. I uncovered that [redacted] is on the National list at the same address. I have taken her off as well as of today. Below is proof should she ask for it to prove she is off of our mailing list.
