I purchased something from this company through ***, and I wasn't happy with the quality of the product I returned it via ***, and they never "received" it, so they are refusing to provide a refund Their policy recommends providing a tracking number, but I guess that orders that don't have tracking numbers get lost
Rec'd item from this company after a two week wait on shippingIt was a Christmas gift and did not receive until 12/27/Did not matter as the item sent was the WRONG SIZEChecked order slip and the size I requested was correct so it must have been lazy packagingSent item back for return ( which I had to pay the return shipping for their mistake)According to the tracking number via *** item was rec'd by Beltoutlet.com on 12/30/STILL NO REFUNDI have called this "company" three times, each time on hold for mins plusFinally left them a VM which they have not returned for the past daysStill seeking resolution with NO RESULTS
I'm very careful with my internet account, and up to the other day have never had any problem of note with spam; however, immediately after dealing with a company called "BeltOutlet.com" (on the phone, but giving them my email address in order to obtain a receipt and mail tracking number), I began to receive volumns of spam.
I've gone so far as to contact the customer rep at BeltOutlet. com, and they ask me to send them a list of all the current spammers, but this changes by the hour, and I dont see how that is going to resolve anything, anyway. Bottom line, I got the impression that I was being "patted on the head" as some sort of sop, because after all, "They'd never so anything, like sell my email address!"
Be it known, they did sell my email address ... or someone that works for or with them did ... but they really have no intentions of taking this, my complaint, seriously. That is, this will continue to happen to other unaware customers, if they dont ever take this complaint seriously ... suffer some consequences, if necessary.
So then, just how might the Revdex.com work with them, in order to impress upon them that there's something amiss?

I purchased several wallets and with one Mundi Wallet the material on the exterior of the wallet started flaking away within a week of use. I would beware of your purchases as the quality is mediocre.
