Beltran Concrete

At this time, I have been contacted directly by Beltran Concrete regarding complaint ID 12564518, however my complaint has NOT been resolved because: Beltran Concrete workers did come to our house Dec23, 2018. They filled in cracks with an off-color substance that they
said was the only type of filler they had. They addressed the area that was discolored but only spread it out further. Please see photos attached. It looks like to us that our job was not the type they were accustomed to doing.
