Unreal answer. I am disgusted. I have a list of texts, e-mail, and phone calls made to Luis from my phone provider and the e-mail I sent as well. Dates and times of all calls and texts and e-mail. All texts indicate DELIVERED, so he did receive them. I spoke to Luis DIRECTLY on 9/12/at 11am and he said he would refund the ENTIRE $830. This has not happened. If he chooses to deny all of this, I will take further action as necessary

Review: I contracted [redacted] to rough in three floor drains for a commercial kitchen. I asked if he was insured and licensed and he told me he was. I requested everything be to code, and told him that each drain had to have a trap, according to USDA code for my application. We discussed the traps on three different occasions, he assured me he had installed them, but he did not install even one trap, basic plumbing 101 stuff. I have been calling, texting and emailing him to no avail. I cannot pass my inspection until traps are installed I also have a nauseating odor in my cheese making room and milking parlor. I have made at least 10 attempts to contact Mr [redacted] about this matter.Desired Settlement: I wil be doing the repairs myself so that I can continue with my inspection.
