Tell us why here... Our General Manager, *** ***, has spoke with Ms*** at length and explained to her that as her loan paperwork explains; that all loans are subject to 3rd party approvalThe lending institutions make the final decision and control what items they
will require proof of (stips)Ms *** did sign her paperwork on the 27th, however didn't take delivery until the 29th when she was able to prove insurance coverageThe loan was submitted to lenders at that point, and we were asked to obtain Proof of income, to include W-from 2014, and last paystub from showing YTD income, Proof of her residence and proof of her GM employee pricing eligibilityMs*** took many days to return with only partial amounts of this informationAt the time we were unwinding this transaction, we still didn't have proper proof of income to be able to complete the approval process on her behalfThis waiting on the documentation can adversely hold up the lenders from accurately assessing the loan. We have worked with multiple lenders to obtain financing on her behalf and some of them are willing to extend her credit, just not for the amount she is requestingWe have offered her the option of selecting a vehicle that fits the perameters of those approvalsShe has declined the offer. the reason for my rebutted was I took the truck back to the service department for welding holes in the roof and recalibrate the speedometer because it was not accurate and I had it back on the of april,and still have problems with the speedometer because it was still not accurate;in this month of may on the I have to send my second payment on this truck and for some reason Sands chevrolet coudnt do the job right,so ive been paying for this truck without having it and being able to enjoy it with my family,instead my wife and one of my youngest kids has end up with some injuries tyring to get in the truck because it has no step sides that wazs my main request on this purchase,they promised me by good faith that they were going to do something about the step sides but now since they already have there money for the truck they said they cant do nothing because that promise wasnt on writing so therefore I believe Sands chevrolet is not a serious business so people can not rely on this companyThis was my second purchase at Sands chevrolet and I think it will be my last one cause all I got from them is a big debt of 42,dollars and much stress; so if they coudny do nothing about the step sides in order to get them from Sands chevrolet as compensation for all this struggling and stress and waste of time,I guess there is nothing they can do and that was why I rebuttled that first time, thank you Mary Garcia for your concern and time to my complaint sincerely yours *** ** ***

We would welcome Ms*** to acquire the vehicle she is interested in however; based on the information she has provided, we don't have a lender that will extend her credit for the amount and term needed . We will gladly honor the price and Ms*** obtain her own financing from an outside lender and merely bring us a check to pay for the vehicle We have exhausted all our lenders in a attempt to obtain financing on Ms***'s behalf In regards to her GM family first number, it is a unique number that cannot be used over, it was issued as part of this transaction...No one else can request and use this number.Sincerely,*** ***Sands Motor CompanyGeneral Manager?

My apolgizes, yes it was a Sonic that Mr. [redacted] was negotiating on for three days .Mr. [redacted] did not want to give information for us to submit for bank approval. A signed contract without a bank approval is not a cashable contract.  As previously stated, due to large rebates and short inventory, Sands policy is that a vehicle cannot be held without a cashable contract. With no money down and without a bank approval the vehicle cannot be held. A verbal "ok" is not valid as a cashable contract. We would have several vehicles unavailable for sale if that was the process and there are times that particular sale would not finalized. When another customer is inquiring about this vehicle (advertised or not) this vehicle would still be available for sale. The discount had not ended. The vehicle was available for sale since there was not a deposit or a cashable contract signed. Ms. [redacted] purchased a 2008 PT cruiser on 2/11/2016. At the time of purchase the vehicle had 118,000 plus miles and was sold with a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty. our General Manager, Glen D[redacted], just spoke to Ms [redacted] at 5pm 11/28/2016, who confirmed that the car Now has 160,000...

miles and is un-drivable due to multiple mechanical issues. Ms [redacted] agrees that most of the miles were put on during the first couple months of ownership.THe car has been parked for some time . She stated that she had no problems for the first couple months. Ms [redacted] is aware she bought the car with only a 15 day 500 mile implied warranty but is looking for help. In a act of good faith, We have offered to overlook some of her cars mechanical issues and excessive miles, to help trade her into something with less miles and hopefully newer that can handle all the extreme miles she puts on a vehicle.  Sincerely, Cherie V[redacted]Sands Motor CompanyOffice Manager

I’m not sure how the correspondence was conveyed by our General Manager however he was directly involved in conversation with and through several other sales managers. No damage to the vehicle’s body was documented to our knowledge however we would consider repairing any damage caused from the Tucson incident as a gesture of goodwill.  We will not replace Mr. [redacted] vehicle based on this incident. THEY REPLACED THE CAM SENSOR WIRING FIRST THAT COST ME $330 AND IT DIDN'T WORK., I PICKED UP THE CAR BECAUSE I NEEDED IT AND  WOULD BRING IT BACK LATER, THEY TOLD ME O MIGHT NEED A COMPUTER SO I GOT ANOTHER SENT TO ME AND BROUGHT THE CAR BACK FOR THE RELEARN. THEY FOUND MORE THINGS WRONG THAT DIDN'T HELP UNTIL FIMALLY  REPLACING THE CRANKSHAFT SENSOR.  THEY HAVE RECORDINGS OF MY CONVERSATIONS WITRH THE SERVICE  WRITER, THIS WILL CONFIRM MY NOT BELIEVING  WHAT THEY WERE CHARGING ME FOR AND NOT NEEDING IT I DONT WANT A $410 GIFT CERTIFICATE!!! I WANT MY CREDIT CARD REIMBURSED FOR THE UNNEEDED CHARGES  WHICH IS $410 AND I AM BEING MORE THAN FAIR WITH THAT AMOUNT!!!!! I ALSO HAVE RECEIPTS

Mr. [redacted] came in on an advertised 2006 Colorado. It was disclosed to him that the price was posted to a site by a third party and explained that with computers and interactions between exporting, errors do happen. This is why we have a errors and omissions statement on our website. (see attached...

docs.) Mr. [redacted] at the time understood and seemed happy to pay for this Vehicle. Mr. [redacted] was given the opportunity to drive and inspect this vehicle for all flaws and defects. Mr. [redacted] willingly purchased this vehicle and signed all docs to include the federal buyer’s guide, Buyers order and a We owe clearly defining any work or promises made to Mr. [redacted] for future repairs (see attached). The buyers order clearly shows he is buying the vehicle "As Is" and an implied warranty for 15 days or 500 miles whichever comes first. He was also offered an extended service program in finance and declined that offer. Mr. [redacted] was shown and signed the federal buyers guide also reaffirming the fact that only an implied warranty existed with this purchase.Mr. [redacted] came back a few days later with numerous concerns. None of which were diagnosed as a safety issue and none would have been cover under his implied warranty.Sands Invested $1500.OO in good will repairs which included tires and never ask Mr. [redacted] to pay anything for this repairs or tires. Mr. [redacted] never returned to claim any part of these repairs didn’t resolve his issues. Mr. [redacted] never gave Sands Chevrolet the opportunity to re-address repairs that did not resolve his issues and/or concerns.In regards to his wife being on the paperwork, please refer to the paperwork completed by Mr. [redacted] that clearly shows he agreed, purchased and signed in his name only. It was only after the deal was consummated and finalized that it was brought to our attention that he now wanted his wife added. Ms. [redacted] contacted our General Manager, Glen D[redacted] on the morning of 11/21/2016 about 10am. She stated that she had called in to the store and talked to someone in the finance office who that told her that it appeared her interest rate was changed from what she was contracted at. Mr. D[redacted]...

assured her that we only send signed contracts to the lender as a funding package. Mr. D[redacted] told her he would investigate her original deal and get back to her in a couple hours. Mr. D[redacted] pulled the original signed contract and verified with the bank that the customers contract was exactly the same as the one recieved and funded by the bank. It was the same as the one she had copies of. We began leaving messages for her at 1pm.. Mr. D[redacted] called personally and left messages for Ms. [redacted] at 4pm and about 5pm she called me back. Mr. D[redacted] assured her that the contracts are the same and the dealer did exactly as we agreed and contracted to do. [redacted]  I was contacted by [redacted] the customer service rep who asked me to bring the car in to the body shop to have the scratch repaired. The shop manager [redacted] assured me they would remove the rear bumper and the body stipe and re-paint the quarter panel because the color would be hard to match.  I went in three days later to check on the repair and was told by [redacted] that the car was in the paint booth and I couldn't see it.  When I picked up the car 3 days after that I looked closely at the repair and could tell the body stripe had not been removed and I looked under the car at the rear bumper and due to some personal modifications I could tell the bumper had been removed as I was promised. [redacted] told me the car had to be sent out and they didn't do the repair. When I asked her about the license plate issue she [redacted]
