Review: My vehicle was brought in for a front end alignment as recommended by my service provider who had recently installed new tires. My vehicle was checked in for the service. The technician performed the service without informing me that I was in need of a repair on the grease boot. He then required me to pay for the service he had completed. I complied and made payment. I went to fix the problem the technician indicated I had and returned for the technician to correct/ adjust the work he had done earlier in the day. The readings from the printout still indicated the service provided was still out of range. He did the work and then said he would have to charge me again. I expressed disappointment and dissatisfaction at time. I again indicated that the reading is still out of range. I drove away and later that weekend I discovered that vehicle was not performing as indicated. I returned to the business and talked with the tech. The tech refused to adjust the work or refund my money. I attempted to contact the manager and the tech identified himself as the service manager. I was unable to resolve issue with the tech. I asked to speak to his boss and he indicated that it was the owner and he was not on site. I was given a number to contact the owner and I have not had any success.Desired Settlement: Because I have made numerous attempts to allow for the business to do the right thing and correct the problem and they have not, I do not trust their service and choose not to continue to allow them to fix the problem. The best resolution and desired resolution is to issue a refund for the service provided on each visit. This would be a total refund of $156.15.
