12/26/14To whom it may concern:Regarding this customer to the best of my knowledge on Friday, May 23rd was the first day the customer had called to report and schedule a problem call with their air conditionerBeltsville tried to set them up for a service call on the next regular
scheduled day but due to a holiday weekend it ended up falling on Tueday, May 27th 2014.Beltsville Heating & A/C feels that the customer should have given Beltsville the proper oppurtunity to check and correct our problemInstead the customer called another company and created a bill that they expect Beltsville to now pay forThe customer did all of this without contacting Beltsville and letting them know what they were doing.In the conversation with the customer it was mentioned that the recorded weather temperature would be fairly mild so the wait time would not have made it bad for the customer to wait for the available appointment.Sincerely,

Roy's Car Wash and Lube Shop is the only place I will take my car for regular oil changes, tire rotations, and car washes. They are honest, reliable, and provide the best car care in the area. I trust the technicians and know I always get service with a smile. I have been a customer for 14 years and can't imagine going any where else.

I have been a customer of Roy's for 30+ years. The staff has an acute attention to detail and always goes above and beyond when it comes to service. Their packages are reasonably priced and the staff is super friendly. One of my favorite services is their free (local) pick-up and delivery.
I wouldn't take my car anywhere else!

I have been going to Roy's Car Wash & Lube Shop for 28 years! The owner and the staff are very trustworthy and I am always satisfied with the services they provide. I can always count on Roy's!
